The Community Maritime park Associates, City of Pensacola, Community Redevelopment Agency, and Maritime Park Development Partners had their Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Vince Whibbs Sr. Community Maritime Park Development on Thursday, September 17, 2009, at the future site of the Park.  What a great day this will be for all of us in Northwest Florida.

Frank Batten, Sr isn’t a household name; except to the millions he had directly or indirectly had an affect on.
